What is the return period?
Products can be exchanged within 15 days, for a replacement product or a credit note only. Products can be exchanged only once from the original invoice date, counting 15 days. No Cash refunds. The items should be in the same condition as purchased. Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Credit note should be redeemed within 90 days of date of issue. Credit note cannot be used during special discounts or promotions periods. Credit notes cannot be used for pre-order items. Credit notes can be used only for In-Stock items.
I want to return a product that I ordered online.
Products can be exchanged within 15 days for a replacement product or a credit note only. To return your order please email us on email@example.com. Please mention the order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you a confirmation email to process the return. Cost of delivery of returned item to us and shipment for replacement items needs to be borne by the client.
Can I return a product in-store that I ordered online?
Yes, you can. Please bring the item you would like to return along with the original invoice. Products can be exchanged within 15 days for a replacement product or a credit note only.

Delivery Charges for returns for orders placed outside the UAE
While our return policy applies to orders placed from outside the UAE, any delivery costs for returns will need to be borne by the customer. In case any additional details are needed please email us on email@example.com and we will be in touch.
